Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For Jehovah upholdeth him with his hand.

Amplified® Bible
Though he falls, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord grasps his hand in support {and} upholds him.

The LORD will hold your hand, and if you stumble, you still won't fall.
