Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: They shall not be put to shame, When they speak with their enemies in the gate. Psalm 128 A Song of Ascents.

Amplified® Bible
Happy, blessed, {and} fortunate is the man whose quiver is filled with them! They will not be put to shame when they speak with their adversaries [in gatherings] at the [city's] gate.

Contemporary English Version
The more you have, the better off you will be, because they will protect you when your enemies attack with arguments.

Happy is the man that hath filled his quiver with them. They shall not be ashamed when they speak with enemies in the gate.
