American Standard Version
So they took the body of Jesus, and bound it in linen cloths with the spices, as the custom of the Jews is to bury.

Amplified® Bible
So they took Jesus' body and bound it in linen cloths with the spices (aromatics), as is the Jews' customary way to prepare for burial.

Contemporary English Version
The two men wrapped the body in a linen cloth, together with the spices, which was how the Jewish people buried their dead.
