commentary: Watch Out for the EPA

As exposed by Michael Crichton's novel, State of Fear, the 'green movement' (endorsed by Al Gore and the EPA) is based on bogus science and uses chicanery, greed, and fear to obtain its goals. The Democrat party, embracing Marxist socialism, is using the fear generated by the green movement to tax and regulate the American electorate into oblivion. Socialist governments cannot exist without parasitically devouring the wealth of the productive.
A number of times I have mentioned Michael crichton's novel state of fear has giving me I feel a bit of insight into some of the things that are going on in
this world. And I think kind of an interesting sidelight to that novel is that I am pretty sure that it was his last published novel and he died after writing twenty or thirty books, I am not sure. He died. You know, after that novel was completed and published at the age of sixty six, let us have a significant impact on me. No, not because it was a particularly great story, but because of the central theme, wants to show that the central issue and what was going on, and all of this green revolution that was being pushed by people like of our former vice vice president, that the issue was really not the environment. The issue was money that they were pushing this thing because they had intentions of investing, backing and so forth, things that would give them a great deal of profit for what they were promoting. They saw it. As the legal industry says, as a rainmaker, something that was going to produce them a great deal of money now the u. S. Government as wholeheartedly and actually with great fervency back these programs that they are that they are promoting, not because they have suddenly khun become converted to, in some way worshipping mother earth at all, but because they to see it as a generator off tax revenues, they are looking for money constantly as well, and they see a great deal that is inherent in these programs that are now being promoted. Well now. As a result, the that's the environmental protection agency has become a variable beehive of activity to create regulations, programs and the br bureaucracy to administer these things. Now, one of the interesting things about these organizations within the government. They have the liberty off producing regulations which have the force of law without them ever having to pass by any congressman, congressman or get presidential approval or anything. They can just make their regulation, and it has the force of law behind it, regardless of how ridiculous it might be. And it will never be repealed unless somebody takes them to court and sews them over an issue. And not very many people do that kind of thing. Okay, enter the presidential election. The recent one just passed, and as things develop, I felt pretty sure that the democratic party was going to win the election, regardless of whom there candidate turned out to be. My my judgment was simply based on the general antipathy that I could hear in my ears that the people had for bush and his presidency. They were blaming him for everything and in a way, I do not blame them. But they were tired of the old party and they wanted to get a new one, get fresh blood in there. But then I began to get concerned that it was because of my knowledge of the democratic party's past history and, of course, their political philosophy. President Obama Obama has been a wonder to behold, I kid, you know now he and his central core of advisors and those in congress are so far left we were we are right at socialism's door. Now, despite the fact that these people are well educated and should know, socialism has never worked anywhere. They always and I mean always without fail, dr the nation that uses this system right into bankruptcy. And this is because their political philosophy is such that they constantly need huge amounts of money that they want to spend on their social programs. I mean, it's a it's a simple formula. The soviet union is simply the latest example. Socialist governments have a record of historical record of never lasting more than a hundred years. Russia did not last. Even a hundred years, I should say. The soviet union did not last for even one hundred years. By comparison, republics last hundreds of years. This one that we live in. It's now over two hundred thirty years old. Grease lasted for about four hundred years as a republic, little looser than we have that it was the same basic form of government. So we are headed toward a system that has failure written all over it. Now answer the again. I think most of you at least familiar with the term carbon footprint where the amount of carbon emissions that industries produce will be measured by formulas, equations that they come up with. And then they will be taxed according to the amount of carbon that they are pumping into the atmosphere because these people believe this is what's causing all these things like global warming. Ah, there is geniuses in the because now they are going to extend that carbon footprint thing to you. The individual citizens now listen to this, according to the regulations that they have already written not but are not yet enforced yet, but it's already written out. You are goingto have to get a permit to cut your lawn. And of course, you're gonna have to pay to get that permit today. You think that's idiotic? That's what they are planning to do. It started with the government requiring people to get a driver's license, which you had to pay for. Hey, that's pretty good. Let's charge them for a learner's permit, too, say, and so you have to pay for the learner's permit as well. Because something has to support now. I'm not saying that all these things are wrong. I'm just saying you what the programs do and how they continually built. First thing you know, the barber has to have a permit. The lady who fixes your hair has toe hasn't have a permit. And, of course, all the while they are making regulations that those people have to adhere to. The restaurant needs a permit, and on and on and on it goes. Now they are thinking of taxing you because you want to keep your lawn trim. Hey, it's not going to end. It's just what is in the future because governments always need more money in order to support the power that they have to support the programs that they
hope tohave so that they can stay in office now. Remember where you heard it. First. Shoot code down to the office. Maybe you have to go to the driver's license on obvious to make your make out your application for your permit. I hope that doesn't go through, but it's in the works. That's the way they are thinking.
