sermonette: Our Common Goal

Uncommon Soldiers With A Common Goal
Ryan McClure
Given 06-Feb-10; Sermon #976s; 16 minutes

Description: (hide)

We are drafted onto a team, or family, with the goal of becoming holy offspring of the Almighty. In our marriage relationships and in our relationships with our brethren, we need to be in-step, synchronized with one another as two people involved in a three-legged race. We need to learn from the examples of goal-busters such as Korah, Dathan, and Abiram who changed the goal from the Promised Land to the goal of being in charge. We must be goal-achievers like the heroes of faith and Jesus Christ. As members of God's family walking through the wilderness, we should rely on one another as uncommon soldiers with a common goal.
