sermonette: Make Straight His Path

Recognizing How Our Fears Effect Our Relationships
Joseph B. Baity
Given 19-Feb-11; Sermon #1033s; 14 minutes

Description: (hide)

Luke 3:4-5 discusses filling in the ruts and smoothing out the paths, making way for a coming dignitary. Satan is our enemy and wants to place all kinds of obstacles in our path. We know things will get worse before they get better, having an impact on our emotional well-being. We need to learn every Sabbath how to keep the pathways clear. Our anxieties could be contributing to attenuation of relationships within and outside of the church. Good relationships are necessary if we want to complete our journey to perfection. Our anxieties are contributory causes of our fears for one another. In these dangerous times, we dare not neglect the relationships we have with one another.
