Love is an integral part of God's nature. We must develop this same love as our own character, imitating the love of God and Jesus Christ, demonstrating self-sacrificing concern for others, becoming transformed into God's image. Unfortunately, many who have been called will be in danger of losing this love because lawlessness will abound, encouraging disunity and splintering. Acts of love are critical in preventing the further deterioration of the unity of God's church.
