Many are experiencing turmoil and trials. Financial problems require survival skills, especially regarding the resolve to tithe. The Scriptures assure us that God will provide all our material needs if we put His Kingdom first. God has amply provided for the rest of nature, even though the birds and other creatures do not generally store up food and clothing as we do. If God cares for the lowliest of creatures, how much more will He take care of us? We need to take our attention off our surroundings, and instead look immediately forward to where God is leading us. As did our father Abraham, we must acquiesce to the understanding that God will provide.
