sermonette: Where is the Bride?

Ronny H. Graham
Given 02-Oct-12; Sermon #FT12-04s; 15 minutes

Description: (hide)

The Holy City is depicted as a radiant bride. This fantastic sight appears after the culmination of cataclysmic events and the return of Christ. John describes this city as having every precious gem imaginable. The gems of this beautiful city could well be the same precious stones described by Peter, comprising God's Building, His Church, and His Bride. The Holy City symbolizes Jesus Christ's Bride, a venue in which we want to dwell. Why are we here? So we can be there.
