sermonette: Walking in the Spirit

Where Do We Take the Spirit?
Ronny H. Graham
Given 14-Dec-13; Sermon #1189s; 15 minutes

Description: (hide)

In the Scriptures, walking is used both literally and metaphorically. Enoch, Noah, and Abraham all walked with God. Walking in the Spirit describes a way of life in which one becomes motivated by the prompts of God's Holy Spirit. The television program "The Walking Dead" provides an analogy of Satan and his evil demons walking around devouring human flesh. If we walk with God, exercising and producing the fruits of the Spirit, we have protection from these ghoulish zombies.
