I am as one that is a laughing-stock to his neighbor, I who called upon God, and he answered: The just, the perfect man is a laughing-stock.

Amplified® Bible
I am become one who is a laughingstock to his friend; I, one whom God answered when he called upon Him--a just, upright (blameless) man--laughed to scorn!

Contemporary English Version
I have always lived right, and God answered my prayers; now friends make fun of me.

Darby English Version
I am to be one that is a derision to his friend, I who call upon +God, and whom he will answer: a derision is the just upright [man].
