26 For You write bitter things against me,
And amake me inherit the iniquities of my youth. 
27 aYou1 put my feet in the stocks,
And watch closely all my paths.
You set a limit for the2 soles of my feet. 
28 “Man1 decays like a rotten thing,
Like a garment that is moth-eaten.

Job 13:28

And he, as a rotten thing - I am like a vessel made of skin; rotten, because of old age, or like a garment corroded by the moth. So the Septuagint, Syriac, and Arabic understood it. The word he may refer to himself.
