Articles, Bible studies, and sermons that contain Job 42:10:
Job 42:10
Excerpted from: Serving the Brethren Through PrayerIt is interesting, verse 10 here is a turning point in Job's suffering. Job's suffering did not end when he was asking God questions. His relief did not come, but he understood and acknowledged that he understood what God was teaching him. Job's restoration came when he prayed for his friends. The moment he stepped out of himself, of all his sufferings, to pray for someone else, he was rewarded greatly, and he received a double portion of blessing as a result. This is a mighty lesson for us today.
