The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, Nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, Until Shiloh come: And unto him shall the obedience of the peoples be.

Amplified® Bible
The scepter {or} leadership shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until Shiloh [the Messiah, the Peaceful One] comes to Whom it belongs, and to Him shall be the obedience of the people.

Contemporary English Version
You will have power and rule until nations obey you and come bringing gifts.

Darby English Version
The scepter will not depart from Judah, Nor the lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh come, And to him will be the obedience of peoples.

Good News Bible
Judah will hold the royal scepter, And his descendants will always rule. Nations will bring him tribute And bow in obedience before him.
