Psalm 110:1-7
Even the Psalms describe the awesome might of Christ's return, showing that it is one of war and vengeance with great wrath. He is coming with power to set things straight.

What Does Psalms 110:1 Mean?
Psalms 110:1 provides the textual foundation for the Father-Son relationship, naming Yahweh speaking to Adon, David's Lord. The time setting marks Christ's ascension after resurrection, when the Father said, "Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool." This enthroned Him with dominion, changing operations after incarnation. It introduces a pause until enemies are subjugated at His second coming, when He rules from Zion executing kings in wrath, as alluded in Daniel's vision and Revelation 3:21.
