American Standard Version
The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; He shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: The desire of the wicked shall perish.

Amplified® Bible
The wicked man will see it and be grieved {and} angered, he will gnash his teeth and disappear [in despair]; the desire of the wicked shall perish {and} come to nothing.

Contemporary English Version
When evil people see this, they angrily bite their tongues and disappear. They will never get what they really want.
