And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem;

And he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy, everyone who is recorded for life in Jerusalem {and for} {eternal life},

Everyone who is left alive in Jerusalem will be called special,

And it shall come to pass that he who remaineth in Zion, and he that is left in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, -- every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem;
