American Standard Version
and it shall come to pass, that because of the abundance of milk which they shall give he shall eat butter: for butter and honey shall every one eat that is left in the midst of the land.

Amplified® Bible
And because of the abundance of milk that they will give, he will eat butter {and} curds, for [only] butter {and} curds and [wild] honey [no vegetables] shall everyone eat who is left in the land [these products provided from the extensive pastures and the plentiful wild flowers upon which the bees depend].

Contemporary English Version
but those who do will have enough milk to make yogurt. In fact, everyone left in the land will eat yogurt and honey.

Darby English Version
and it shall come to pass, from the abundance of milk they shall give, [that] he shall eat butter; for every one that remaineth in the midst of the land shall eat butter and honey.

Good News Bible
they will give so much milk that he will have all he needs. Yes, the few survivors left in the land will have milk and honey to eat.

King James Version
And it shall come to pass, for the abundance of milk that they shall give he shall eat butter: for butter and honey shall every one eat that is left in the land.
