American Standard Version
Therefore are my loins filled with anguish; pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman in travail: I am pained so that I cannot hear; I am dismayed so that I cannot see.

Amplified® Bible
Therefore are my [Isaiah's] loins filled with anguish, pangs have seized me like the pangs of a woman in childbirth; I am bent {and} pained so that I cannot hear, I am dismayed so that I cannot see.

Contemporary English Version
I'm in terrible pain like a woman giving birth. I'm shocked and hurt so much that I can't hear or see.

Darby English Version
Therefore are my loins filled with pain; anguish hath taken hold upon me, as the anguish of a woman in travail: I am bowed down so as not to hear, I am dismayed so as not to see.

Good News Bible
What I saw and heard in the vision has filled me with terror and pain, pain like that of a woman in labor.

Young's Literal Translation
Therefore filled have been my loins `with' great pain, Pangs have seized me as pangs of a travailing woman, I have been bent down by hearing, I have been troubled by seeing.
