American Standard Version
And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.

Amplified® Bible
And no inhabitant [of Zion] will say, I am sick; the people who dwell there will be forgiven their iniquity {and} guilt.

Contemporary English Version
The LORD will forgive your sins, and none of you will say, "I feel sick."

And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven [their] iniquity.

No one who lives in our land will ever again complain of being sick, and all sins will be forgiven.
