Isaiah 43:9-12
The word picture, which Isaiah is describing here, is a court of law. And God is saying, "Okay, you bring your witnesses; and I'm going to bring My witnesses." What does a witness do? A witness gives testimony—in a court of law—of things they have seen or heard.
Isaiah 43:10-12
We can go to a number of scriptures. This is what He wanted them to do before the world; to be His witness. This was not a proselytizing witness. There is no command for them to do that. He merely wanted them to witness to the world as an example of His way of living.
Isaiah 43:12
His lordship extends to the furthest reaches of His creation. Besides Him, there is no savior. That is, no one to deliver.
