American Standard Version
Such as lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance, they hire a goldsmith, and he maketh it a god; they fall down, yea, they worship.

Amplified® Bible
They lavish gold out of the cup {or} bag, weigh out silver on the scales, and hire a goldsmith, and he fashions it into a god; [then] they fall down, yes, they worship it!

Contemporary English Version
Some people hire a goldsmith and give silver and gold to be formed into an idol for them to worship.

Darby English Version
-- They lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance; they hire a goldsmith, and he maketh it a ùgod: they fall down, yea, they worship.

Good News Bible
