My righteousness is near, my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the peoples; the isles shall wait for me, and on mine arm shall they trust.

My rightness {and} justice are near, My salvation is going forth, and My arms shall rule the peoples; the islands shall wait for {and} expect Me, and on My arm shall they trust {and} wait with hope.

Those who live across the sea are eagerly waiting for me to rescue them. I am strong and ready; soon I will come to save and to rule all nations.

Darby English Version
My righteousness is near, my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the peoples: the isles shall wait for me, and in mine arm shall they trust.
