Incline your ear, and come unto me; hear, and your soul shall live: and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

Amplified® Bible
Incline your ear [submit and consent to the divine will] and come to Me; hear, and your soul will revive; and I will make an everlasting covenant {or} league with you, even the sure mercy (kindness, goodwill, and compassion) promised to David.

Contemporary English Version
Pay close attention! Come to me and live. I will promise you the eternal love and loyalty that I promised David.

Incline your ear, and come unto me; hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, the sure mercies of David.
