And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my wrath, it upheld me.

Amplified® Bible
And I looked, but there was no one to help; I was amazed {and} appalled that there was no one to uphold [truth and right]. So My own arm brought Me victory, and My wrath upheld Me.

Contemporary English Version
No one was there to help me or to give support; my mighty arm won the battle, strengthened by my anger.

And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: and mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.
