American Standard Version
For all these things hath my hand made, and `so' all these things came to be, saith Jehovah: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and that trembleth at my word.

Amplified® Bible
For all these things My hand has made, and so all these things have come into being [by and for Me], says the Lord. But this is the man to whom I will look {and} have regard: he who is humble and of a broken {or} wounded spirit, and who trembles at My word {and} reveres My commands.

Contemporary English Version
I have made everything; that's how it all came to be. I, the LORD, have spoken. The people I treasure most are the humble-- they depend only on me and tremble when I speak.

Darby English Version
Even all these things hath my hand made, and all these things have been, saith Jehovah. But to this man will I look: to the afflicted and contrite in spirit, and who trembleth at my word.

I myself created the whole universe! I am pleased with those who are humble and repentant, who fear me and obey me.
