For as often as I speak, I cry out; I cry, Violence and destruction! because the word of Jehovah is made a reproach unto me, and a derision, all the day.

Amplified® Bible
For whenever I speak, I must cry out {and} complain; I shout, Violence and destruction! For the word of the Lord has become to me a reproach and a derision {and} has brought me insult all day long.

Contemporary English Version
You have let me announce only destruction and death. Your message has brought me nothing but insults and trouble.

For as oft as I speak, I cry out; I proclaim violence and spoil; for the word of Jehovah is become unto me a reproach and a derision all the day.
