American Standard Version
and changed his prison garments. And `Jehoiachin' did eat bread before him continually all the days of his life:

Jehoiachin put off his prison garments, and he dined regularly at the king's table all the days of his life.

Jehoiachin was allowed to wear regular clothes instead of a prison uniform, and he even ate at the king's table every day.
