Ezekiel 16:20-22
Excerpted from: The Bride of Christ (Part One)However, on the other side of the covenant, the bride was not to be trusted to remain faithful to Him.
The chapter then goes on in detail to number all the acts of harlotry and adultery there were caused against a faithful God by faithless people, by His physical bride in the nation of Israel, those that He had called out and set apart. This is a very stern example to us that we should be mindful of as we are here to be trained to be the spiritual bride of Christ.
Ezekiel 16:20-21
Excerpted from: The Purpose of the ChurchKeep that in the back of your mind. A covenant has been entered into, a marriage has taken place, and that marriage has borne children who were sacrificed to demons.
