that thou mayest bear thine own shame, and mayest be ashamed because of all that thou hast done, in that thou art a comfort unto them.

Amplified® Bible
That you [Judah], amid your shame {and} disgrace, may be compelled to recognize your wickedness {and} be thoroughly ashamed {and} confounded at all you have done, becoming [converted and bringing] consolation {and} comfort to [your sisters.]

Then you will be ashamed of how you've acted, and Sodom and Samaria will be relieved that they weren't as sinful as you.
