before thy wickedness was uncovered, as at the time of the reproach of the daughters of Syria, and of all that are round about her, the daughters of the Philistines, that do despite unto thee round about.

Amplified® Bible
Before your own wickedness was uncovered? Now you have become like her, an object of reproach {and} a byword for the daughters of Syria {and} of Edom and for all who are round about them and for the daughters of the Philistines--those round about who despise you.

But now everyone has learned how wicked you really are. The countries of Syria and Philistia, as well as your other neighbors, hate you and make insulting remarks.

before thy wickedness was discovered, as at the time of the reproach of the daughters of Syria, and of all that are round about her, the daughters of the Philistines, who despise thee on every side.
