and all flesh shall know that I, Jehovah, have drawn forth my sword out of its sheath; it shall not return any more.

Amplified® Bible
And all living shall know, understand, {and} realize that I the Lord have drawn My sword out of its sheath; it shall not be sheathed any more.

Contemporary English Version
knowing that my sword will never be put away.

and all flesh shall know that I Jehovah have drawn forth my sword out of its sheath: it shall not return any more.

Everyone will know that I, the LORD, have drawn my sword and that I will not put it away.
