American Standard Version
The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery; yea, they have vexed the poor and needy, and have oppressed the sojourner wrongfully.

Amplified® Bible
The people of the land have used oppression {and} extortion and have committed robbery; yes, they have wronged {and} vexed the poor and needy; yes, they have oppressed the stranger {and} temporary resident wrongfully.

The people themselves cheat and rob; they abuse the poor and take advantage of foreigners.

The people of the land use oppression and practise robbery; and they vex the poor and needy, and oppress the stranger wrongfully.
