In that day shall thy mouth be opened to him that is escaped, and thou shalt speak, and be no more dumb: so shalt thou be a sign unto them; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.

Amplified® Bible
In that day your mouth shall be open to him who has escaped, and you shall speak and be no more speechless, and you shall be a sign to them and they shall know, understand, {and} realize that I am the Lord.

Then you will be able to speak again, and the two of you will talk. You will be a warning sign to the people, and they will know that I am the LORD."
