American Standard Version
Prophesy ye not, `thus' they prophesy. They shall not prophesy to these: reproaches shall not depart.

Amplified® Bible
Do not preach, say the prophesying false prophets; one should not babble {and} harp on such things; disgrace will not overtake us [the reviling has no end].

Contemporary English Version
"Enough of your preaching!" That's what you tell me. "We won't be disgraced, so stop preaching!"

Darby English Version
Prophesy ye not, they prophesy. If they do not prophesy to these, the ignominy will not depart.

The people preach at me and say, "Don't preach at us. Don't preach about all that. God is not going to disgrace us.
