Following the BeanMatthew 24:45
Excerpted from: Deuteronomy, Land Sabbaths, Atonement, and Third TitheIn terms of learning about these days and what each one represents both past, present, and future, we mostly study about them and have messages regarding them as they occur. Now, there is nothing wrong with this because those who speak, I am guessing, but I think in general they try to follow Matthew 24:45, where Jesus states that a faithful and wise servant gives the household food in due season or at the right time. So, in general, we typically speak about and study the holy days as they pass by each year.
Matthew 24:45-46
Excerpted from: Conviction and MosesSo we see a servant is given authority, and he is given that authority in order to provide for the household—to serve it, and to serve it at the right time. According to Jesus, a good steward or servant is both faithful and wise. Putting all these scriptures together, we find ourselves then—by God's own testimony—as both gifted and responsible, with the charge of being faithful and wise in discharging these things so that, when Christ returns, we are found so doing.
Matthew 24:45
Excerpted from: Don't Be a Prudent AgnosticI think that this undoubtedly is directed primarily at the ministry. In principle it applies to everybody because everybody has responsibility, but He's talking here about a faithful and wise steward or servant whose responsibility it is to give the household food in due season, and that's what I'm doing. I'm being used of God to feed His household—a portion of it, anyway.
