This whole event went down right in the middle of services. This demonstrates that Satan is not avoiding the Sabbath, which is our weekly holy day. He makes it a point to be there. We also find in Luke 13:10-16, Christ heals a woman who had a physical infirmity for 18 years. Satan was playing the long game there. This is another instance where Satan was present in church on the Sabbath trying to disrupt Jesus from doing His work.
