Making void the word of God by your tradition (akurountev ton logon tou qeou th paradosei umwn). See on Matthew 15:6 for the word akurountev, invalidating, a stronger word than aqetein, to set aside, in verse Mark 7:9. See both used in Galatians 3:15, Galatians 3:17. Setting aside does invalidate.
