As many as receive you not (osoi an mh dexwntai umav). Indefinite relative plural with an and present middle subjunctive and the negative mh. Here Matthew 10:14 has the singular (whosoever) and Mark 6:11 has "whatsoever place."
For a testimony against them (eiv marturion ep autouv). Note use of ep autouv where Mark 6:11 has simply the dative autoiv (disadvantage), really the same idea.
