He that loveth me not (o mh agapwn me). Present active articular participle of agapaw with negative mh, "the one who keeps on not loving me."

Is not mine, but the Father's (ouk estin emos, alla tou patrov). Predicative possessive pronoun emov and the predicate genitive of possession patrov.
