American Standard Version

Amplified® Bible
But the burial napkin (kerchief) which had been around Jesus' head, was not lying with the other linen cloths, but was [still] rolled up (wrapped round and round) in a place by itself.

Contemporary English Version
He also saw the piece of cloth that had been used to cover Jesus' face. It was rolled up and in a place by itself.

and the handkerchief which was upon his head, not lying with the linen cloths, but folded up in a distinct place by itself.
