Was glad (hufranqh). First aorist (timeless here like the Hebrew perfect) passive indicative of eufrainw (cf. Luke 15:32). Timeless also is "rejoiced" (hgalliasato).
Shall dwell (kataskhnwsei). Shall tabernacle, pitch a tent, make one's abode (cf. Matthew 13:32). See on Matthew 8:20 about kataskhnwseiv (nests)
In hope (ep elpidi). On hope, the hope of the resurrection.
