And the multitudes gave heed with one accord unto the things that were spoken by Philip, when they heard, and saw the signs which he did.

And great crowds of people with one accord listened to {and} heeded what was said by Philip, as they heard him {and} watched the miracles {and} wonders which he kept performing [from time to time].

They crowded around Philip because they were eager to hear what he was saying and to see him work miracles.
