American Standard Version
And when they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then to the Gentiles also hath God granted repentance unto life.

Amplified® Bible
When they heard this, they were quieted {and} made no further objection. And they glorified God, saying, Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance unto [real] life [after resurrection].

Contemporary English Version
When they heard Peter say this, they stopped arguing and started praising God. They said, "God has now let Gentiles turn to him, and he has given life to them!"

Darby English Version
And when they heard these things they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then indeed God has to the nations also granted repentance to life.

Good News Bible
When they heard this, they stopped their criticism and praised God, saying, "Then God has given to the Gentiles also the opportunity to repent and live!"

International Standard Version
When they heard this, they quieted down, and praised God, saying, "So God has given even the gentiles the repentance that leads to life."
