and hope putteth not to shame; because the love of God hath been shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given unto us.

Such hope never disappoints {or} deludes {or} shames us, for God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us.

that will never disappoint us. All of this happens because God has given us the Holy Spirit, who fills our hearts with his love.
