Ye have your fruit unto sanctification (exete ton karpon umwn eiv agiasmon). Freedom from sin and slavery to God bring permanent fruit that leads to sanctification.

And the end eternal life (to de telov zwhn aiwnion). Note accusative case zwhn aiwnion, object of exete (ye have), though qanatov in contrast above is nominative.
