Be not highminded (mh uyhla fronei). "Stop thinking high (proud) thoughts."

Of God spared not (ei gar o qeov ouk efeisato). It is not ei mh (unless), but the ouk negatives the verb efeisato (first aorist middle indicative of feidomai, to spare. Condition of first class.
