When I come (erxomenov). Present middle participle of erxomai with the time of the future middle indicative eleusomai (coming I shall come).
In the fulness of the blessing of Christ (en plhrwmati eulogiav Xristou). On plhrwmati, see Romans 11:12. Paul had already (Romans 1:11 f.) said that he had a xarisma pneumatikon (spiritual blessing) for Rome. He did bring that to them.
