II Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit. The New Covenant is of "the Spirit". See II Corinthians 3:3. But turning to the Lord is entering into this covenant, for the "Lord is that Spirit". Where the Spirit of the Lord [is]. The Spirit is Christ's presence with us. There [is] liberty. He who comes into this covenant of the Spirit is freed from the bondage of the law.
