Commentaries:
Robertson's Word Pictures (NT)
Are ye now perfected in the flesh? (nun sarki epiteleisqe). Rather middle voice as in I Peter 5:9, finishing of yourselves. There is a double contrast, between enarcamenoi (having begun) and epiteleisqe (finishing) as in II Corinthians 8:6; Philippians 1:6, and also between "Spirit" (pneumati) and flesh (sarki). There is keen irony in this thrust.
Other Robertson's Word Pictures (NT) entries containing Galatians 3:3:
Galatians 4:21
Galatians 5:18
Philippians 1:6
1 Timothy 6:9
